We are always in need of assistance and really appreciate donations of fabric and items that are appreciated by the women we serve. These items include:
- Donations of cotton fabric
- Tooth brushes and toothpaste
- Toiletries, facewashers and bandages
- Bras - new, pre loved and clean
- New underwear for children
- Toys, small and light is best.
If you love sewing or knitting, get involved in our Sewing Circle and Knitting Circle to make clothing for us to sell at Our Market Days as well as creating clothing and Days for Girls (dFG) kits for us to send globally to women and girls in need of support.
Every two months we get together and meet in our Connection Circle. Everyone is welcome so find out how you can be involved.

Sewing days, packing days, education sessions, market stalls and the Pearce Crafters Market. Come and enjoy time with other women, taking part in making a difference to women around the world. Our markets raise funds for the freight of our work to overseas countries. Whatever your skills are, you are welcome.

Volunteering duties and events:
Knit and Crochet for Charity - specifically for the Canberra Health Services and in particular ICU and end of life care. GOG also conducts free ‘knitting and crochet for wellness workshops’ throughout Canberra and requires instructors to support new members to learn.
