Canberra Circle of Women happily accept donations so we can support school children and the needs of girls and women both globally and locally. All donations should be in good condition, clean and in good repair.
We do not accept adult clothing unless we run a specific campaign asking for specific items.
We gratefully accept donations of:
- Kids summer clothing, shoes
- Toys (without batteries) and tennis balls
- Kids underwear - new
- Cot sheets and baby wraps
- Cloth nappies or disposable nappies
- Baby clothing - particularly summer clothing
- Adults sandals, shoes, thongs and gumboots
- Bras (pre-loved or new) and new girls and women’s underwear
- Sheets, pillowcases and towels (new or good pre-loved condition only)
- Stationery for school - new - exercise books, pencils and rulers etc
- Fabric - cotton (all weights), lace, elastic
- Wool - all types
- Pads and tampons (wrapped in original packaging)
- First aid supplies - bandages, dressings, antiseptic
- Toiletries - hotel size and larger
- Hand crafted knitwear for babies and kids
Donation drop off - Monday to Friday 10am to 1pm
Out of hour donations - white bins outside our main office door.
